Matt Edwards & Jake Mesches

Matt Edwards of La Porte and Jake Mesches of New York are graduating
Seniors from Culver Military Academy in Culver, Indiana. They are National
Forensic League Sectional and District champions in the Memorized Duo
division and will be competing with their duo, "Star Wars" at the NFL National
Speech competition held this June in Las Vegas,Nevada. A memorized duo is
performed by two individuals. Participants must not play to each other and no
eye contact or physical contact should occur. The speakers will usually be
facing the audience during thier presentation and they may portray more than
one character. Matt and Jake will bring the "StarWars" movie to life in less than
10 minutes and as you will observe, there will be a slight twist to the characters
presented.
