The LaPorte County Symphony Orchestra promises Symphonic Surprises will strike a resonate chord with the entire community this season. The wide variety of concerts are sure to delight every taste and fancy.
Symphonic Surprises will reveal unexpected surprises at all of the orchestra events this season. While most of the information about the concerts will be widely publicized, there will be unpredictable moments of innovative occurrences. Even at the Friends of the Symphony Luncheons, there will be surprises. You won't want to miss a beat!
From the powerful and resonant “Songs of the Wayfarer” and “The Young Persons Guide to the Orchestra,” to the delightful tunes from Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “State Fair,” the La Porte County Symphony kicks of the season in grand fashion. Every element of our season exemplifies the diversity of our community and abundantly displays the talent of our wonderful musicians.
Under the dynamic leadership of Maestro Philip Bauman, the LCSO delivers “event-filled” concerts each delivering a unique and captivating performance molded by an exciting and imaginative presentation.
