Education Concerts
On the second Wednesday in October, three (3) creative educational concerts are attended by almost 8,000 students from 35 area schools each year.
The Shirley Lubeznik Children's Concert is presented at the Civic Auditorium in LaPorte.
The highly interactive and imaginative programs are designed to introduce the young listener to world of symphonic performance.

The Story: An eccentric new boarder turns a young boy’s life upside-down when Beethoven moves in upstairs. Young Christoph exchanges letters with
his uncle about his chaotic life and his growing admiration for the composer and his music.
